Rough self portrait

Well today has not been good to me! At 1.35hrs I had a pain shoot from my head down into my stomach. Well when I woke up this morning my stomach was gurgling like a good one.

Well set off for work and had to sto 4 times and was so ill. I ended up coming home and going to bed and been there ever since.

Well this is a self portrait of feeling rough!
