One of my new years resolutions was to read more books to Miles...and not just at bedtime.
It's a really easy resolution to keep because he loves books.
Tonight we were reading the hungry caterpillar (again) and when we got to the final page of what the caterpillar ate (shown in this picture), we asked Miles to pick one thing from the page and we would serve it at his 1st birthday party. And he picked....the pickle. I asked him repeatedly and each time he pointed to the pickle. At least it will match his birthday party colors!
