Marmalade success

I love this time of year as Seville oranges are here. I take the opportunity to replenish my marmalade stock. Last years batch didn't set as well as I had hoped (still used it all up though!) but this years has set to perfection. It's quite tart which I prefer in my marmalade - odd though as I have a real sweet tooth!!
