The drive home

A day of four seasons - sun, wind, snow, rain and moments of calm, although very cold.

Had an email from second born beautiful boy who seems to be settling in well to his new life in South Africa. Great to hear from him.

Long slow drive home and held-up by busy traffic all the way - hence the red taillights shot through the rain steaked windscreen.

Espied the lovely Chris Paterson - he of International rugby fame and recent MBE award- whilst coming out of my Every little helps. Was very circumspect but did scamper after him to ask if he may be interested to be the keynote speaker at the College's graduation event next year. How exciting, I'll be pursuing this with much vigour!
