Cape Elizabeth

The girls were nervous for this one and they knew it would be a really tough test, perhaps the toughest of the year. Cape had added Melanie Vengle who moved south from Camden. She is a very talented forward with plenty of moves and a cannon for a shot. 1-1 at halftime was an accomplishment, but they lost 5-1. Beautiful fall foliage and I watched most of the game alongside my good friend Keith.
