Old School graffiti

I went into the library to avoid the rain today and remembered the top room has a lot of interesting 'graffiti'; pupils names carved into the oak panels and sills around the room, all well over a hundred years old, from the building's previous incarnation as the Shrewsbury School. Darwin was a pupil here, but he didn't carve his name anywhere; too well behaved or already thinking of bigger things?
