Snowy Day

I took a photo of these posts from an old corral several days ago and the new snow has got them almost covered now. It has not quit once and there are several days of this coming. We plowed through plenty and realized we should have been on our wider and kind of floaty back country skis. The muffled quiet only now and again disturbed by a tree as it let go of its snow load - thump - is - well, simply lovely.
