Perhaps Jules was right - £70 to go sledging on a quarter of the slope on these silly disks - they've run out of sledges but won't give us our money back. Terrible customer service - this is the dad of another family who also want their money back - another spoilt birthday!

Join Jules family at Pizza Express afterwards - plus Aide & Clare who also come for a drink at our hotel. The hotel saves the day - really nice & fantastic meal &wine plus breakfast on both mornings & afternoon tea tomorrow.
