If I could build you a tower

This is not really a tower per sae, it is just the entrance area to an office block by the harbour in Aberdeen.
Behind each window appears to be a large conference room, offering a wonderful view over the harbour, and the top one, unseen here, I believe, would offer a great vista out to sea.
It would make a stunning living room methinks.
