Pen and Ink...

...and sealing wax.

A few years ago I was given a writing box which was given to my great grandmother on her 21st birthday in 1865.
Inside was this ink pot, pen and strip of sealing wax, sadly no letters. Certainly the bottle would date from that time, not so sure about the pen and wax.
