A group of my work colleagues & I had a conversation about mortgages today. This is not a conversation they enjoyed as they bought their houses much more recently that I did & therefore my mortgage is quite a bit lower. I commented that I'd not had my annual mortgage statement yet and then when I got home it was there on the doormat waiting for me.
