This magnificent building (opposite the Vienna State Opera) in the style of the Neo-Renaissance was built in the years 1861 to 1864.
I "discovered" this Caryatids (26!) on the top of the palace last week & I'm quite shure that they have been unnoticed and forgotten for very long time ...
