To coin a phrase.

One of the first words I came across when reading before getting up this morning was 'Lackadaisical' and I promised myself I would try to fit this into the day somewhere.

I was examining new instructors today and I must say that none of them were lackadaisical at all. Good effort from them, and all succeeded bar one who failed on the theory paper. Better luck next time.
