the neighbourhood

I realise it perhaps sounds strange but, i didn't imagine Australia looking like this. yet this is a fairly typical bondi beach exterior. there are so many interesting period and particularly art deco style buildings here - I really must capture more of them.

Decided to get up with M at 5.30 this morning and whereas he had to head to work, I nipped down to the beach for a dawny (surf at sunrise). a fun start to what turned into a hectic day at work. so tired this evening - definitely ready for an early night to ease into the weekend!
