Was putting out the washing today and noticed myself doing something.

We have a 3 sided rotary (hate the term whirlygig) washing line. As I was putting out the washing, I was analysing what categories of clothes were going in the basket and going up and trying to work out the best way to put things up.

Should I assign a side to myself, one to the kids and one for Mrs TFP thus improving the efficiency of taking it back down and away? Which articles are the heaviest and so need the more air to dry and would benefit on being on the outside? Should I consider placement of our 'smalls' to a less prominent position on the inside?

There's a lot of thinking involved in pegging out but it passes the time.

Bethany and Ewan just so happened to be selected their prison style pyjamas at the same time. I don't think the tops and bottoms actually are sold in this combination, but I think it's braw.
