I'm not obsessed...

.. with my weight or anything, this is the first time I've stood on some scales for over 6 months, honest!

I do have a bit of a break from 'proper' training over the holidays and we have yet to finish off the Christmas chocolate but I was still a bit shocked when I took this emergency blip tonight. That's my excuse anyway, along with the fact that my camera must be really heavy.
