Speke & Garston Coastal Reserve

This place is a 2 minute detour from the main road that takes me out of Liverpool, past Morrisons and on towards the motorway. Normally I just drive on through - going to wherever it is I'm going.

Most of us live a task-based life most of the time. We do what needs to be done and then move onto the next thing that needs doing. We go to where we're going and then go somewhere else.

This evening I took half an hour out just to have a wander around the coastal reserve. Nothing special. Not a lot to see. But my mood is greatly improved.
