About 8 months ago I decided to go down the vegetarian path for various reasons (which I won't rant about).
Anyway, I'm not doing it very well. I'm always tired. When I exercise I fatigue really quickly which has in turn made me a little lazy, or is that tired, or lazy cause I'm always tired...
I napped for 2 hours today along with my solid 8 hour sleep last night.
It's my own doing as I often skip meals now and overall, am nutritionally unbalanced.
Any tips from those doing it properly would be much appreciated.
(Would've been more creative with today's blip but I was too tired ;-)
