Lying in bed :) not sleepy but been lazy since I got in from work at half six. I should really get into a routine and tire myself out!
One month or more without caffeine! Sad I know but managing the long days with water and plenty of peppermint tea to keep me warm :)
Week one done and it has been a good week :) hopefully next week will be just as good if not better :) positivity!
I should hit the hay and get a good sleep :) gym tomorrow and i'm in no good shape :p that will change!
