We often buy ready roasted chickens from the shop because its quicker and easier than doing it here. We had the breast tonight, tomorrow we will have the leg meat in a wrap for lunch and ill boil the bones through the afternoon and make Thai soup in the night from the stock and the left over meat. We don't waste a bit!
