SAND CASTLE BUILDING COMPETITION

Today is the start of a two day Sand Castle Building Competition on New Brighton Beach Christchurch. Some fascinating sculptures and creation with folk spending hours to complete their art works before the tide washes it away. Not that pleasant on the beach with a strong N/E wind blowing.
Late getting a blip up today ; our power has been off all afternoon with a fault caused by a tree being blown over the line.
