At a "brainstorm meeting" deciding on ways to enliven a dodgy area of the city. Don't ask how I got here.. very interesting and inspiring though. This particular man was a character, he has grown his beard and entwined it with a wire coil that goes all the way around his neck, ending in a daisy! Check out his huge platform boots too. No wonder this girl is getting in close for a snap.
