My man's gone now.........

....... to football. H. is a born and bred Yorkshireman. He agreed to move to Scotland on one condition - that he continued to support Bradford City, at least at their home matches. So he's off today in the wind and rain, to Bradford. I do hope the team appreciates his efforts, and win.

Meanwhile, I am hoping to go to a neighbour's for a stargazing evening. The skies are really dark around here and we can see star-studded skies that I don't remember seeing since childhood. I think they are magical - maybe a reminder of our humble place in the universe.

Unfortunately weather conditions don't look too promising at the moment.
