Lemon Drizzle...yum yum

A colleague at work has been tempting me all week with lemon drizzle cake. It seems she can't stop making it (and eating it - extra work down the gym for her!).

She has been bringin in little square 'samples' for people to taste.

I had enough - I insisted she supply the recipe.

I believe my 1st attempt has been successful. I am very pleased and there were lots of 'yum yum' sounds in the other room whilst I was washing up.
