Just been down to the beach... it's bracing out there... but this chap was in his element riding the waves...

and then there was this lady swimming, admirable, exhilarating, bonkers I'll let you decide... what I will say is that I've come back with rosy cheeks, numb fingers and sand embedded in my scalp...
