Storm brewing

Went for a walk along the prom today, well-wrapped against the blustery wind that was carrying black clouds racing over the bay. Out in the bay were numerous oil supply ships which were 'parked up', possibly because of last night's storms.

Just made it back to the car before the black clouds in the picture dumped icy rain over me. I hope everyone else who was out walking or running made it back to the safety of their own cars before it started.

Somehow I think this daily blipping is going to encourage me to get fit and take lots more walks like today's!
