cycle
everything is a cycle.
there are ups and down, rounds and rounds, seasons that dissolve into seasons.
our apt gym just some new cardio equipment: one being a spin bike. best part our clip shoes fit--so when its almost 11 at night and we want a quick workout, we can just run down to the gym and spin until our legs are sore.
Really we should just get outside on our bikes, but this isn't a bad substitute in a pinch.
