Morning bruschetta

Saturday has become breakfast in bed day.

So following our new tradition, which we intend to follow religiously, we had tomato and mushroom brushetta in bed.

Mushrooms fried with garlic and lemon
Tomato fried with basil
Bread, toasted following a rubbing with garlic then drizzled with olive oil

Accompanied with freshly ground coffee. Very nice

Tonight we've having Arnold Bennett omlette delayed from last week and a glass of vino rosso.
