Lady in Red

Recovering from a cold... went down to the beach for a walk and fed the seagulls. Felt a bit sorry for them really, the wind was whipping and snow was blowing and stinging like grains of sand. They were hungry too - noticed the bag of bread as soon as I took it out of my jacket pocket. I almost froze my fingers off tossing it to them.

I didn't get too far, it was too cold. But as I was walking home, along came a lady in a red coat and carrying a red umbrella - a splash of color on a desolate landscape. Looks like she was a photographer too - perhaps she dressed that way on purpose.
