Penalty!

This picture is a bit like one of those Victorian conversation pieces. There's a lot going on and, those in the drawing room with nothing better to do, now is your chance to interpret the scene.

The French referee (Monsieur Poite) has blown his whistle for an offence committed by red no. 5 (the criminal's name is Paul O'Connell and he's been offending throughout the game).

Green no. 2, Dylan Hartley, captain of Northampton says to the referee: "Why is he still on the pitch?" (ie not sent off?).

Left of picture, a bit blurred, is the Green no. 10, Ryan Lamb, rushing up to take the kick.

It didn't get any better. Saints got hammered and the referee was rubbish... (*joke*)
