"...I fell off my bike halfway down a hill, right into the middle of rush hour traffic!" So said this visitor to my Saturday morning surgery.

And what did I reply? "Yes, I know, you doughnut. We were cycling together!"

As you can see, she is in pretty good nick.

Moral: always wear a cycle helmet
