The big adventure part 2...

...is about to start! I will leave for Mexico in the morning and words cannot describe how excited I am.

CONFUSION is also a big issue..this week is emotionally quite interesting. 1 week Ankara-Germany-Mexico.....Whaaaaaam!

I am glad I got to spend some time with my lovely family and see them before I leave again.

Also I had my first culture shock here in Germany when I went out to a restaurant with a friend-they did not automatically serve plenty of bread but tried to charge us by the piece (!), and also I was quite confused when they did not put all the dishes in the middle of the table but handed out single-plates...veeeeeery strange ;-)

What I find quite sad ist that most of the people cannot believe what a wonderful time I had in Turkey and how close I feel to my friends there and how much I enjoyed my life in Ankara, because unfortunately prejudices against Turkish people seem to be stronger. My reaction to these things was quite strong...

None of these things I do would be possible without all the support I get from all of you wonderful people out there..I feel safe thanks to you, and I feel you are part of this journey as much as I am.
