End of the Day

I slipped and slid early in the morning on greasy scraped snow from last night's 10 or so inches; I had a shot of our car that was cleaned off in the evening but buried in the morning; I had one of kids sledding on a big hill in the pretty darned heavy snow and you could see the labor it was to get up the hill; I had one of the cemetery that I walked to in heavy messy deep snow with cars spraying the muck; and then we went to a movie having decided to take the day off. But I swear walking in the heavy stuff was way harder than ski days.

When we exited the theatre at 4:30 the sky was full of amazing setting sun, its colors reflecting on the white hills and mountains. My other half voted for this one for its delicate nature and I need help deciding. We will be packing up in two weeks time to start our drive home and I asked over our soup is there was really any reason we needed to go back then. There is more snow coming tonight they predict!
