Dubai Airport.....

So this was the scene at Dubai Airport, it is a very nice looking airport but I really didn't have the energy to go looking for a better shot than than this! (obviously I had plenty of energy to go looking for duty free!)

So the second flight was fine, pretty smooth really until the last 20 minutes or so.....

The Eagle Has Landed......Just!

Yes that was my flight and yes it was scary! The air was filled with the sounds and smells
of many a fellow passenger making the most of the complementary paper bags that Emirates so kindly provide!

Anyways home now, Mum & Dad met me at the airport and the first thing I said to them was...."it's f@$king freezing!"..... just after hello! Yes it's cold and wet in Scotland in winter..... who knew!

After getting home and going out to a local pub for some lunch and a few pints of locally brewed goodness I was feeling a wee bit sleepy.......
