Today was my FIRST visit to The Getty Museum... ever. And I was blown away. Such a treat for my eyes... and my trigger finger, too. By the end of the day, my right hand was cramped into a claw from taking so many pictures. Such an amazing experience, and I'll definitely need another trip or two to soak it all in. Amazing to see artwork preserved from so long ago, and to even be able to see the actual BRUSH STROKES. And strange to me that so much WASN'T behind glass. Today I was INCREDIBLY glad to have my fantastic camera, so that I WAS able to capture such great images to take home as souvenirs of my experience.
