The Other New House

This one is about 500mt from the one I blipped last Thursday and right across the street from Brigette's house, mentioned yesterday. Behind the wall, in our neighbouring complex, you can see a house almost halfway built, as well. How can people build all these huge new houses whilst the News hint about a new recession in the making? Beats me!!
