The Ochils

We did our usual classes this morning. It was my combat instructors birthday today so the exercise studio was full of balloons, presents, cake, war paint and light sabres (don't ask!) - exercise is surely not meant to be this much fun!

After class we had lunch out. Was a stunning day and took this picture of the shadows on the Ochil hills on our way to one of our favourite eateries.

Chicken is roasting for dinner later - starting to smell really good.
