Intro.

Heyyy

So, I was introduced to this by a very good friend of mine and I really liked the idea. So after a few attempts of trying to take a few photos today with the family digital camera, I settled with this one.

I'm not a photographer, so be kind.

Yesterday, my very lovely Nan and Pap offered to buy me a free standing mixer as I've wanted one for absolutely ages, and today I decided to try it out with this recipe from my Hummingbird Bakery recipe book, a 'Chocolate and Coffee Loaf'. And as you can see from the photo, it went down quite well with the testers, AKA my family :) There's nothing I love more than baking for people so you'll probably find that the majority of my photos will be related to this!

So yeah, that's me.
