Stanpit Marsh at dusk

I managed to walk painlessly around my beloved marsh this afternoon and feel so much better for having had the surgery. Back to work on Tuesday and increasing fitness for walking holidays.

The marsh was beautiful as ever ..we live in such a lively place.
