Be Prepared!

Day off tomorrow ,and am hoping it is going to be another lovely hot sunny day like today. Unfortunately today I was at work, but tomorrow I hope to be out in the garden and on the beach - not in the kitchen! So here is tomorrows veg, all chopped up and covered in oil and garlic, smelling and looking wonderful!
