The first daffodil

My daffs always seem to come out early as they are sheltered, but not usually this early!! This is a solitary one at the moment and is adding a splash of colour to the drab garden.

Unfortunately they are all going to have been and gone by the time it gets to my birthday and spring so need to enjoy them while I can.
