See the Ducks

Oh dear. Really spoilt for choice today. Sixteen photos on the short list.

Impressive civil engineering x2; an indignant dog; two dried up huge ponds; ducks chasing bread; seagulls harassing ducks and stealing their bread; and Katie x10. Of course I settled on a Katie photo.

She and Monkey are striding cheerfully and confidently toward the ponds at Hessle Country Park which normally have both water and ducks. But not today. Today they had neither.

Fortunately both were in their normal place on Priory Way at nearby Sainsbury's and the huge lumps of bread were gratefully fought over and swallowed down whole.

Just time for climbing, slides and outdoor trampet at Haltemprice, then home with her for play and tea.

A truly memorable day.
