Wandering the Pentlands.

Great church service followed by a packed lunch and a bracing (to put it mildly) walk up the Pentland hills, it was a lot windier than it looks! But the sun was glorious and I feel better for the effort and the afternoon in the fresh air.

My thigh's are going to hurt in the morning though.
