Sunday Night Cooking

My very first entry here - I wanted to wait until Monday, though, but the colours of the veggies were too lovely to leave out. Under them there's a chicken in hiding :)

Enjoying quietness and an opportunity to cook uninterrupted (those with small children will understand...). This certainly unleashes culinary creativity!
