Dressed in his best!

This northern cardinal in his Sunday best was just begging to be blipped today. Unfortunately his table manners aren't so good. He stuffed his beak so full some of the seeds are falling out.

It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood with lots of sunshine and temps around 40 degrees, so well above freezing. I heard that rain is predicted for tomorrow and warmer weather, for the next few days at least. Winter comes and winter goes. I wish it would stay awhile.
