Anhinga with Catfish Catch

This Anhinga caught a good sized Catfish only a minute after entering the water. Catfish have dangerous sharp pointy fins on each side of the head and I watched the Anhinga slap the fish down on the ground until the fins were removed. See the Flickr set of this process click HERE.
