Five A Day

Hair of the dog? Or just the nutritional value of a Bloody Mary for our Dee?! A lot of catching up was done last night over a good bottle of wine, some excellent beers and possibly a bit too much whiskey.. Only to be followed by a pub lunch and more catching up with very nice people before I headed off back to York for farewell drinks and lovely food with more good friends. I'm spoilt and so very much in need of a fitness regime when we get to Canada.

This time next week we'll be in Vancouver!
