What's Going On?

Went for a stroll on my lunch trying to get some shots around Leeds - weather was a bit off (Again).

Was getting a bit click-happy but noticed these ..almost looks as if he's going to get a ticket for maybe parking his push-bike illegally, or maybe there just buddies about to do some cycling around the city ...who know's?

I like the lead in for this shot, with the scooters on the left drawing you in to the scene of the two men ..and i think the black & white just gives it a different edge.
