First run of the year!

Well I'm just back from my first run of the year! Despite the cold, mud and drizzle I kind of enjoyed it! There is something satisfying about being outside on your own and listening to good music that spurs you on when you are starting to struggle (especially at that bloody hill near Carnbee!)!

Must admit I'm a bit surprised to make it back in one piece having not done any proper running since last September!! I'm sure my legs will let me know how fit, or otherwise, I am tomorrow!

Now time to congratulate myself with a warm shower, cup of tea and the BBCs version of Sherlock:) Just Swelly!!
