High speed flash.....in my kitchen

after being told in class that to achieve high speed flash you need a macro lens, a strobe light or speed light and fancy big set ups etc......i took this in my kitchen using my broken camera (hence the shitty quality) with its on board flash, the lid for the cheese grater and a jug.

not entirely happy with it but pleased i got a result lol. the liquids are apple sourz, orange juice and milk.......it smelled horrible and the milk solidified as soon as it hit the alcohol....totally minging!
